William Blaicher is a Phoenix, Arizona-based entrepreneur who has guided OnSite Temp Housing, Inc., since co-founding the firm in 2012. As chief operating officer, he is responsible for Park Model RV fleet sales and rentals to clients nationwide. William Blaicher fulfills the travel trailer needs of federal contractors working on disaster relief efforts, and also works with construction businesses in the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) multi-family housing redevelopment sector.

Mr. Blaicher’s RV rental capacities extend to the entertainment sphere, and he works with multi-day festivals such as Stagecoach, Coachella, and Burning Man in meeting temporary housing requirements. Following the company’s inception, he boosted first-year revenue of $250,000 to $1.8 million in the following two years.

William Blaicher holds a BA from Rollins College in Latin American affairs and completed the executive management development program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. In 2010 he co-launched ConstructionReports.com as a premier source of real-time construction information for the commercial contracting industry.
